Ginger

Some like Posh, and some like Sporty, but we say, Ginger all the way!  This whole ginger root is easy to add to a variety of dishes—grate it with micro-plane, dice it and toss it into stir-fries, or infuse it into teas, broths, and soups.  There’s no easier way to get just the right kick of spice into your culinary showstoppers.

Prep:
These whole spices can be chopped, grated, sliced, or diced into whatever you’re cooking!  No need to peel—just use and enjoy!

Storage:
Whole spices keep best wrapped in plastic and stored in the refrigerator or, for longer shelf-life, the freezer.
